Guida Door & Window has replaced windows and doors in Bear since 1950. This fast-grown suburban community south of Wilmington is largely newer housing, and much of our work here is homes reaching their first replacement. We cover the surrounding area, including Newark, New Castle, Glasgow, and Middletown.
Bear runs from a small older core to extensive 1980s-through-2000s single-family developments and townhome communities. In the newer homes, it’s usually retiring first-generation builder windows that have reached the end of their life; in the older ones, it’s a careful fit to non-standard openings. Every replacement window is sized to the home rather than to a shelf.
With our extensive experience, you won't have to worry about putting your home in the wrong hands when Guida is working for you!
